In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned and heated through. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. If needed, add a splash of water to steam the broccoli.
Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and broccoli, adding sausage back into the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles, if desired, and garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for an extra touch!
