Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix Use your favorite brand
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping Such as Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows For garnish
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings For garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and hot chocolate mix, mixing until well combined.
  • Slowly add heavy cream, beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  • Before serving, garnish with mini marshmallows and chocolate shavings.
