Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the crumbled beef. Mix well to combine.
Stir in the shredded smoked Gouda cheese, reserving a small amount to sprinkle on top.
Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Gouda and beef on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden top.
