Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 8 slices Genoa salami
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices ham or prosciutto
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach or arugula
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and Parmesan until smooth.
  • Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  • Layer provolone cheese, salami, pepperoni, and ham over the spread.
  • Sprinkle roasted red peppers and baby spinach leaves on top.
  • Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
  • Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set.
  • Unwrap and cut into 1-inch slices using a sharp knife.
  • Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
