1tablespooncornstarch (optional, for crispy bites)
2tablespoonsolive oil
3tablespoonsbutter

1teaspoonred pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
1teaspoonlemon zest
1/4cupchicken broth
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoonfresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel to ensure they brown well. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. For extra crispy bites, toss the chicken with cornstarch.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, chicken broth, and honey to the skillet. Stir to combine and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes to reduce slightly.
Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy the zesty and buttery chicken bites!
