Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • as needed lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  • Cut the top shell of each lobster tail with a sharp knife, being careful not to cut through the bottom shell. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the lobster meat.
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in chopped parsley, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture. Remove from heat.
  • Place the lobster tails in the baking dish and spoon the garlic herb butter sauce over the lobster meat, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  • Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
  • Once done, remove the lobster tails from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or your favorite spices to the garlic butter sauce.
