Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz) (or pre-baked pizza crust/flatbread for gluten-free option)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • optional squeeze of lemon juice (for brightness)
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup halved or quartered cherry tomatoes (seeded to prevent sogginess)
  • 1/3 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion (thinly sliced or finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or dill (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough onto a baking sheet and press the seams together to form a rectangle.
  • Bake the crescent dough for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), garlic powder, dried oregano, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the herbed cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crescent crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Top the cream cheese layer with diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, diced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese. Arrange the toppings evenly for balanced flavor in every bite.
  • Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or dill for a pop of color and freshness.
  • Cut the assembled pizza into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy as an appetizer, snack, or light meal!

Notes

Seed the tomatoes to keep the crust from getting soggy. Can be made up to 4 hours ahead — just keep chilled until ready to serve. Swap or add veggies like bell peppers, spinach, or artichokes if you’d like!
