Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). If your chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half horizontally or gently pound them to an even thickness.
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
