Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). If your chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half horizontally or gently pound them to an even thickness.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
  • Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture generously over the top of each piece.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juiciness.
