Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
On a plate, combine chopped dried cranberries, toasted pecans, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon (if using). Mix well.
Roll each cheese ball in the cranberry-pecan mixture until fully coated.
Place the coated cheese balls on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Serve these cheese balls with crackers, crostini, or fresh fruit for a delightful appetizer.
