Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Toasted pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon (optional) Adds a hint of warmth and spice

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
  • On a plate, combine chopped dried cranberries, toasted pecans, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon (if using). Mix well.
  • Roll each cheese ball in the cranberry-pecan mixture until fully coated.
  • Place the coated cheese balls on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve these cheese balls with crackers, crostini, or fresh fruit for a delightful appetizer.
