Ingredients
  

  • 6 bars Kit Kat bars (crushed)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
  • 4 bars Kit Kat bars (chopped)
  • 4 bars Kit Kat pieces (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate drizzle (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Kit Kat bars into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined. Divide the mixture evenly into mini cheesecake molds or cupcake liners, pressing down firmly to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Stir in chopped Kit Kat pieces to the cheesecake filling.
  • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crusts and smooth the tops. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.
  • Once chilled, top the cheesecakes with additional Kit Kat pieces, drizzle with chocolate, or add whipped cream if desired.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the ultimate no-bake chocolate dessert!
