Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or parsley
  • 4 slices lemon (optional, for topping)
  • fresh dill or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dill.
  • Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  • Top each fillet with a lemon slice, if using.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout.
  • Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a crisp top.
  • Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
