Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dill.
Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Top each fillet with a lemon slice, if using.
