Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste salt
  • Pepper to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pepperoni, mozzarella, black olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  • Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle with oregano, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
