Roll out the pie crust and cut six circles slightly larger than the ramekin tops.
Press the crust into the ramekins or muffin cups, leaving an overhang.
In a bowl, mix pizza sauce with Italian seasoning, then spoon about 2 tablespoons into each crust.
Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, bell pepper, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of Parmesan in each.
