Season chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sear for 2–3 minutes per side.
Add chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Remove chicken from the skillet, shred with two forks, and return to the skillet.
Stir in queso dip and mix until chicken is evenly coated. Heat until warmed through.
