2cupscold milk
1teaspoonmint extract (optional)
Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Prepare the white or vanilla cake mix according to package instructions, adding vanilla extract, green food coloring, and mint extract if desired. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
While the cake cools, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk in a medium bowl until smooth and thickened. Add green food coloring if needed.
Use the handle of a wooden spoon or a straw to poke holes evenly across the cooled cake, about 1 inch apart.
Pour the pudding mixture over the cake, spreading gently to ensure it fills the holes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the pudding to set.
Spread the whipped topping evenly over the chilled cake using a spatula.
Decorate the cake with green sprinkles, shamrock decorations, or crushed pistachios for a festive touch.
Refrigerate the cake for an additional hour before slicing and serving. Enjoy chilled!
