Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, shredded chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, chopped broccoli, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, and all seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.
Stir the mixture until everything is evenly combined and creamy.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
