Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 24 red, white, and blue cocktail toothpicks or small skewers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  • Thread one kielbasa slice and one pineapple chunk onto each skewer or toothpick.
  • Brush each bite generously with the BBQ glaze.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with foil or grill-safe tray.
  • Bake or grill for 10–12 minutes, turning once, until heated through and slightly caramelized.
  • Serve warm with extra BBQ glaze for dipping if desired.
