Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients: Cut the steak into strips, peel and devein the shrimp, mince the garlic, and grate the Parmesan cheese.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips in a single layer and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add a touch more olive oil if necessary. Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  • Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet, tossing gently in the sauce to coat evenly. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or crusty bread!

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the skillet when cooking the steak and shrimp. This ensures proper searing and prevents steaming.
