Ingredients
  

  • 12-15 strawberries fresh strawberries washed and hulled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham crackers crushed
  • optional toppings chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Cut off the stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small spoon or paring knife to create space for the filling.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or resealable plastic bag with the tip cut off.
  • Pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling them generously.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top of the filling and add any optional toppings, like chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate drizzle.
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake bites for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to firm up before serving.
