4ouncescream cheese, softened
1/4cuppowdered sugar

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy. If desired, fold in fresh berries, chocolate chips, or other mix-ins.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto one slice of bread and top with another slice to form a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are fully coated. Be careful not to soak too long to avoid soggy bread.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter to prevent sticking.
Place the dipped sandwiches onto the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, flipping carefully, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or nut butter.
