In a large bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, ground pork, onion, egg, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
Gradually whisk in beef broth, scraping up browned bits. Simmer until thickened.
Stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Simmer 2-3 minutes until creamy.
Return meatballs to skillet and coat with gravy. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
Serve warm over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice.
