Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce (if using), and sriracha. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Add the cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  • Push noodles to one side of the skillet. Crack in the egg and scramble until just cooked. Mix the egg into the noodles.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
