Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce (if using), and sriracha. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
