  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup white chocolate chunks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chunks.
  • Drop rounded 2-tablespoon portions of dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  • Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
