Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna (in water, drained)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1 head butter lettuce, iceberg, or romaine leaves
  • optional avocado, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, or chopped pickles

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt or mayo, Dijon mustard (if using), celery, onion, and lemon juice.
  • Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Add any optional toppings or garnishes you like, such as avocado, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, or pickles.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to eat.
