  • 4-5 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • 1 pinch sea salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small skillet, heat coconut oil or butter over medium heat.
  • Add chopped dates and ground cinnamon. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until warm and caramelized.
  • If desired, drizzle with honey or maple syrup and stir to coat.
  • Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl and top with the warm date mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts and a pinch of sea salt if using. Serve immediately.
