Watermelon Lime Mocktails

Refreshing and hydrating watermelon lime mocktails made with fresh watermelon, zesty lime juice, and a splash of sparkling water. Perfect for hot summer days, parties, or anytime you want a naturally sweet, alcohol-free drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • as needed ice cubes
  • for garnish fresh mint leaves
  • for garnish lime slices or wedges

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth.
  • Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
  • Stir in the fresh lime juice and honey or simple syrup, if using.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon lime mixture over the ice.
  • Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices. Serve immediately.
