Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (high quality)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1-2 drops green gel food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or Andes mints (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract. If desired, add green gel food coloring and swirl lightly for a marbled effect.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies or Andes mints on top for added texture (optional).
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until the fudge is completely firm.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into small squares using a sharp knife. Wipe the knife clean between cuts for smooth edges.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later use.
