This creamy and refreshing White Chocolate Mint Fudge is made with high-quality white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or anytime indulgence!
1/2cupcrushed peppermint candies or Andes mints (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter, stirring continuously until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract. If desired, add green gel food coloring and swirl lightly for a marbled effect.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies or Andes mints on top for added texture (optional).
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until the fudge is completely firm.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into small squares using a sharp knife. Wipe the knife clean between cuts for smooth edges.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later use.
