Ingredients

  • 1 cup pulled beef leftover or freshly smoked
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños optional, for heat
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika optional, for extra smoky flavor
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing the crust

  • Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce. Distribute pulled beef evenly across the pizza.
  • Add red onion slices and pickled jalapeños for extra flavor. Sprinkle with a pinch of smoked paprika for a smoky kick.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Slice and enjoy immediately!
